I'm sorry, I'm not very good at English.
My computer specs are:
- Ryzen 7 5800X3D
- Asus TUF Gaming B550-Plus
- Zotac Nvidia Geforce Rtx 4080 Trinity
- Corsair Vengeance RGB RT 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4 3.600MHz C16
- Kingston KC3000 1TB
- SanDisk Ultra 3D 1TB
- Arctic Liquid Freezer II - 360 A-RGB
- MSI MPG A850G 850 W 80 PLUS GOLD
- Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 V2

I'm experiencing micro stuttering while playing games and browsing. I replaced all parts but the issue continues.
Is this normal? Does it happen to others or am I unlucky?

Your motherboard's BIOS version is 2803, which was released to address the AMD fTPM issue causing random stuttering.
