I'm experiencing issues with Pubg when facing many enemies (4+) and I notice significant stutters and lag in-game. This problem gets worse when playing in a team. Could this be related to CPU or GPU performance, or perhaps an issue with the settings?

It seems like there might be an internet connectivity issue or you could be under attack from a DDOS. Alternatively, your GPU might be outdated and struggling to render the game.

Starting with 400 watts is clearly insufficient for your setup; it's only marginally adequate. I recommend increasing to at least 650, and ideally upgrading to 850 for better performance.
