You're experiencing stuttering and long pauses in Warzone despite high FPS. The issue may stem from hardware limitations or mis-matched components. Your setup includes an 8GB DDR3 RAM at 1600MHz, which is decent but could be a bottleneck if not fully supported. The 15-4590 chipset and 1650 motherboard might also play a role, especially if they're not optimized for your RAM speed or configuration. The CPU performance fluctuating between 100% and 30% suggests instability, possibly due to power delivery or thermal throttling. Clearing background apps helps, but if the problem persists, consider checking RAM compatibility or upgrading to a more stable configuration.

It’s likely the RAM will help if you have 16 gigs. The i5 4590 might be getting older since it’s a 4-core, 4-thread design.

ram size alone isn't the key factor. Adding another 8gb would be beneficial, especially since doubling the bandwidth more than just increasing capacity matters.

Do you think more RAM would improve performance? I know Warzone runs at 12 and I only have 8, which might be the issue. Could it be that the CPU isn't the problem? An i7-4790 with 4 cores and 8 threads could help if the RAM is the bottleneck.
