Issue with SteelSeries Rival 300 sending incorrect inputs during CS:GO gameplay.
Recently, my SteelSeries Rival 300 I purchased around eight months ago began to malfunction in CS:GO. My two side buttons are stuck on "2" and "1," yet when I press them together, I accidentally jump into the game roughly 10% of the time. I don’t have any explanation for this issue, nor do I use macros or have profiles linked to "Space." I’m currently at work, but when I’m home I can record a video of this and explain clearly. This problem isn’t seen in other games, such as Minecraft, or any other titles I’ve tried. I haven’t tested it in other source games either. If anyone experiences the same issue or knows a solution, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! (
