Issue with startup problems, power supply disconnected during shutdown
The computer powers off automatically. Now it’s showing a not starting properly message. I’ve attempted a safe boot but it still loads with diagnostics. I’m checking if there’s anything I can do to save the system or diagnose if the OS is damaged. It might be related to power supply or motherboard issues, possibly requiring replacement. I’ve seen suggestions like using a Windows USB drive or completely resetting and wiping all files (last resort). Right now it’s just sitting unplugged.

I can enter the BIOS but I’m confused about what the drive refers to (sorry, I’m not familiar with this).
I think there are four choices here. The task is to choose the boot device. Options are: 1: My SSD, 2: Windows boot manager, 3: P5:WDC (which might be my HDD), and 4: Enter Setup.
Can you check if it's possible to reach Windows using the boot manager?
I don’t think that’s correct, since it instantly directs me to “diagnosing your pc” across all four settings.
