Apologies for the lack of updates recently. Great news! I fixed the Windows EFI partition following @Natural_Artichoke's guidance. Now everything returns to how it was before—Linux on the bootloader, Windows available via BIOS menu and ready for ReFIND. I couldn't turn off NVMe drives in BIOS, only SATA ports, but since I planned to use CLI tools instead of a wizard, I relied on my expectations. A quirky note: I first booted from a Win11 FR-CA ISO, and BCDBoot failed during the final step. After switching to another ISO (likely EN-US), it succeeded—possibly the FR-CA version is damaged or needs matching installation media. Thanks for your help!

For system repairs such as bcdboot or EFI partition, follow the appropriate steps. Once you're back in Windows, you can install the fr-CA language pack directly. It's great to hear your problem is resolved—please mark the thread as Solved so others can benefit too.
