Hey everyone, your PC has been having some issues lately—frequent bluescreens and crashes, especially when booting up. Sometimes it restarts normally afterward. There was also a time when the system loaded into Windows but didn’t show any apps and felt frozen. It also blinked a black screen intermittently. What should I do first to prevent this from happening again? Also, remember to check for the latest Radeon drivers. Thanks!

Hello! Here are your PC specifications. Also, open Event Viewer in the System folder to see if there are any error messages.

Roger that. Begin by accessing the BIOS and configuring RAM to auto instead of XMP (DOCP). Verify stability and functionality; if successful, adjust DRAM voltage, frequency, and timing settings within the BIOS. Additionally, consider updating the latest chipset driver for your motherboard via the provided link. Ensure all components are properly installed. I recently encountered a Windows issue where the PSP driver was missing, causing instability. This might align with what you're facing. During driver installation, you can select each part, including the PSP driver. If you hover over a component, I'll indicate whether it's installed or updated.
