In short, your PC boots but fails to display anything on the screen once turned on. One front fan stops spinning while the VRAM light stays on. After powering it off and removing all accessories, it starts working fine again. Every time you try to turn it on, you have to reset everything. I've changed the PSU and BIOS versions but nothing resolved the issue. It seems like a motherboard problem might be involved. Thanks for your help.

It sounds like a faulty USB device or a problem with the motherboard. Try starting the computer with only the keyboard connected, then gradually connect individual devices and repeat the startup. If the problem only occurs without any devices connected, the motherboard is probably faulty.
