Hey, I saw you trying Linux Mint but running into some boot problems in VMware. It looks like OracleBox is loading from the USB fine, yet you're getting the BOOTMGR error when starting up. You mentioned making the USB a live disk using unetbootin with the ISO on your flash drive. Did you possibly set the correct partition or format? Give the vm the Iso. Not the usb. There is no reason to boot off a usb in a vm.
