While playing games I consistently see 100 ping regardless of actions. My download speed is 100mb/s but upload is only 10mb/s. I enabled QoS but used the shaper settings, yet my ISP reports very low speeds. I attempted to switch cables and still faced poor performance. Updating drivers didn’t help because the PC can’t recognize the Ethernet connection.

It seems there’s a mix of issues. A possible problem is poor network routing from your ISP. Additionally, the servers you’re linking to are located far from your position.

Execute the task and share the images from https://www.pingplotter.com. This will assist in identifying potential problems, possibly linked to your ISP.

Yes, that works. From your home, we ping google.com and the tool displays the results. Check the areas with the highest Packet Loss (PL%)—aim for near zero. Test additional sites like msn.com, cnn.com, and steam to compare packet loss performance. Share the screenshots here once you have them.

My friend also recommended running a bufferbloat test. My average score was mostly B or C, but I once achieved an A.

Do you own the equipment, or is it provided by the internet service provider?

It seems you're checking the connection method. Are you linking via cable or Wi-Fi?

I'm connected with many cables from my router to various devices, so switching it out would make things easier.
