Issue with setting up the video driver on Windows 98
No video card driver is set up. The monitor driver isn't required. You should add Virtual PC Extensions.
I have it set up. The issue isn't related to the monitor I use in the drivers menu. It functioned properly with the default driver, but I accidentally changed something and now it’s stuck at the lowest resolution Windows 98 supports with only 16-bit colors, though there’s an option for 2-bit colors as well.
It seems certain free virtual machines require payment to enable full-screen viewing.
