Hello, my friend faced a problem with a BIOS update that damaged the motherboard. I replaced it with a new one, but there are some issues. She has two monitors—when only the first is connected everything works fine. If the second is plugged in, it still functions. However, if both are active, the first monitor stops and the second takes over. After a fresh install of the NVIDIA drivers, the issue persisted. We’re currently dealing with a food break because I’m upset, but I’d really appreciate any suggestions to resolve this. Thanks again, James.

Yes, both are activated in the NVIDIA Control Panel under Setup Multiple Displays.
