Your Ryzen 5 3550H is running at a fixed 1.68ghz and won’t adjust, even when others with the same machine achieve 3.7ghz or higher. When you run demanding games, your CPU usage stays at 100% without increasing speed, which is frustrating since your frame rates drop to around 20 FPS on low settings while others are near 70 FPS. The GPU performance seems normal, but the CPU remains unresponsive. Checking Task Manager and other apps doesn’t show any changes either.
