Issue with RX 6700 compatibility in latest release.
I'm trying to switch my GPU from a GTX 970 to an RX 6700, but even though the PC boots fine with fans running, no signal reaches the screen. I've tried several things: switching monitors and ports, using a TV, changing cables, installing the RX 6700 on different motherboards, updating BIOS, removing drivers, clearing CMOS. The new GPU is connected properly and works with the old one. My other hardware includes a SuperFlower 650W 80+ Gold PSU, a Gigabyte B550 M.PSU, an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X CPU, 16GB Corsair RAM, and everything seems to function independently. Could you help identify what might be missing? Thanks!
It functions in the second position. The initial slot comes from the CPU, while the second slot is derived from the chipset, though with an x4 limitation.
The alternative slot isn't a viable choice because it wouldn't support connecting the SATA, IO, and USB3 cables. The graphics card is an RX 6700 Pulse from Sapphire.
