Your RX 6400 is frozen on the Dell startup screen. After removing outdated drivers with ddu, the boot menu remains inactive and displays only "Starting One Time Boot Menu." Safe mode isn't accessible either. The previous GPU was an Nvidia model, but you cleaned it using ddu.

It depends on the settings; switching back to your Nvidia GPU might resolve compatibility issues.

I attempted to turn on the old settings and turned off the other option since others faced the same issue, but now it displays "no signal found."
