Hello, I've been playing games on consoles for about 13 years, before that I was just a PC gamer. After the end of 2023 I bought an HP Pavillion laptop to get back into League of Legends and have since returned to PC gaming. I'm planning to switch to a PC, probably with a 9800X3D CPU and 32GB RAM, but I'm considering an RTX 5070 Ti or maybe a 5080. I've heard about stability problems with the 50 series and recently some reports about hotspot issues affecting these cards. I've decided to go with a 9070 XT instead. I don't really care about RT or multi-frame generation yet, but I'm not sure if it's worth it. If someone from the 50 series can help, how are temperatures under load?

I would suggest avoiding investments in the RTX 5000 line as it currently faces numerous driver problems, let alone the absence of a ROP. Consider opting for the RTX4000 series GPUs or the AMD RX 9070 XT, which are built to challenge the Nvidia RTX 5070 Ti.
