I've reviewed all the instruction manuals, discussion boards, and watched every available YouTube tutorial. Still, the RGB strip isn't activating on this unit. I've tried linking it to the case's built-in controller and also connected it directly to the motherboard without success. I made sure the SATA port had power. At this point, I'm not sure what else to attempt. Someone might be able to assist me here—it would be inconvenient to return a replacement if needed, especially since testing would require removing the case. Case Model: Phanteks PH-NV523TG_DMW02 NV5 MK2 D-RGB Matte White Motherboard: MSI B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI AMD B850 Ryzen Socket AM5 ATX Desktop Motherboard PSU: ASUS Prime: 850W Gold 80 Plus Gold PCIe 5.0 12VHPWR Fully Modular ATX Desktop Power Supply Direct to Motherboard Connection: Case connector plugged straight into the motherboard, tried all RGB headers on the board, they functioned with other parts. Connected SATA cable to PSU case wiring: I inspected every connection point, unsure if something was missed.**

Did you turn on the RGB display settings in the BIOS? It might vary by board, but many can switch RGB headers on or off right there in the BIOS without extra programs.
