You need OS already installed or a downgrade permission. Using a fresh ISO causes USB3 problems since Windows 7 lacks native USB3 support.

The missing driver notice occurs because USB 3.0 drivers aren't included in the Windows 7 installer, preventing loading from your USB 3.0 device. You can install the USB 3.0 driver using a utility such as MSI's Smart Tool or a comparable program. For more guidance, see the MSI Smart Tool instructions and Gigabyte's similar solution.
