Hey everyone, I just had to send my laptop back for a keyboard fix. It was my first time creating a full system backup using the control panel and Windows 7. Since my hard drive wasn’t big enough, I made a system copy by backing up everything to an AS5104T-C82E NAS. The files were over 300 GB, which was a bit tricky. I thought it would work with a USB connection, but when I tried to boot into recovery mode and restore the image, my drive didn’t appear. The ISCISI initiator didn’t respond in the command prompt, so I couldn’t connect via Windows recovery. I attempted to move files through a network drive on the same NAS, but errors kept appearing when I tried to boot into recovery. I’ve been trying to fix it myself without success... If anyone in the community can help, I’d really appreciate it! (Attached image of the error)

Yes, you can try connecting an external HDD, copy the files there, and check if the system prompts for restoration. Alternatively, you can retrieve the VHD from the backup and manually create an image of that drive.
