Hi there, I've faced the same challenge on my PC build and am still struggling to resolve it. The specs are clear: motherboard Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2, AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU, Corsair RM1000e PSU (also tested with another unit), G.SKILL Flare X5 DDR5 6000MHz (2×16GB), and a Gigabyte RTX 3070 GPU. When everything functions perfectly during startup—no crashes, smooth gaming, stable performance—I encounter a major problem after powering down. The system freezes into a boot loop: a clicking sound, fans spinning, then sudden shutdown with no display or beeps. Only flipping the PSU switch seems to resolve it.

I was so frustrated I left the PC unplugged for two months, focusing on other tasks. Now back at home, it worked fine after plugging it in again yesterday. But when I shut it down that morning, the loop returned instantly. I've tried many fixes—swapping PSUs, clearing CMOS (after removing battery), booting outside the case, changing RAM slots, disabling EXPO/XMP, and even checking for physical damage—but nothing helps.

Could this be a BIOS glitch, a cold-start issue, or a compatibility quirk with my hardware? Have others faced similar hiccups with this configuration? Any insights or shared stories would mean a lot. Appreciate your help!
