I bought a WD My Passport Ultra (USB 3) external drive recently, but I'm facing an issue when trying to remove it safely after use. There are no background programs running that I'm aware of. The problem seems to occur most often, and my only solution has been restarting or shutting down the computer, which isn't very reliable. I'm using Windows 10 Home Insider Preview version 11082, 64-bit, but the issue also appears with a standard copy of Windows 10. I'll include a photo of the error and a screenshot of using LockHunter, though it doesn't fix the problem.
