You're trying to make your MC server reachable from outside the house. For the internal IP you have, use it as the source address. For external access, you'll need to specify the port you want the server to listen on—this is where "query.port" comes in. Since you set it to 25565, that's the port you should list for external connections. The "Internal Port" stays the same (your internal IP), and the "External Port" should match the value you choose there.
