Issue with redirecting traffic.

I don’t have access to the router settings. I attempted to forward a Minecraft server but couldn’t reach the router for that purpose. I’m curious if it’s possible to set up port forwarding without needing the router login details.

The router's brand and version were identified. It was supplied by the ISP.

He could attempt it only if he lacks control over the router. Certain VPN services such as Hamachi enable connections, but users must first join them before accessing your server.

I don't know if this comes from the ISP, but the ISP is Spectrum. The router model is TP-Link Link Archer C7 AC1750. When logging in normally, they ask for email and password instead of username and password. The image shows the screen I see when using the standard access method.
