I've been testing the screen a lot more lately after switching from my old HDD to an SSD. Running at 100 frames per second with medium or lower settings works much better. My system has an 8350, 16GB DDR3 RAM, an RX 480 8GB graphics card, and an 8-year-old 950W PSU. I don’t believe overheating is the problem—my screen still reds at high settings like 60fps even at 1920x1080.
