I recently purchased a Red Dragon K630 RGB Dragonborn 60% Keyboard from Amazon. After connecting it to my Windows 11 PC, it turned on but displayed light instead of responding to any input. The lighting turned off and never reactivated. I followed the manufacturer's instructions without success.

I also tried using the Red Dragon software, which reported that no keyboard was connected. All my drivers were up to date.

When I connected it to my MacBook Air, the system prompted an add keyboard dialog, but the keyboard failed to register any keystrokes. I attempted the second USB connection on the MacBook, yet the keyboard still didn't work.

I'm unsure if the product is defective or if I'm not following the correct procedure. Please assist me.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Check out this guide; you can watch it here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0z2uL_j8a8. It might help reset your keyboard. You could also try FN/FN2 + F8.
If the issue continues on other devices, consider returning it for repair.
