The card connects straight to the motherboard without any obstacles, and it's not hanging in the slot. When referring to different power supply cables, my setup includes a modular PSU with multiple PCIE cables, and I replaced them. All the PCIE cables function properly with the existing GPU, so there should be no problems.

Was die überprüfte PCIe-Slot auf dem Mainboard anders sein? In der BIOS ist der für die Grafikkarte vorgesehene Slot auf PCIe 3.0, 4.0 oder automatisch eingestellt?

Does the monitor ever show a normal display with this new card? (meaning like during POST or windows loading)
Do you have the ability to hook up, even temporarily, via HDMI just to check if there's some weird DP compatibility issue going on?
Just trying to think of what hasn't been done as you've done pretty much everything one would normally expect and there are no signs as to what it might be.

My motherboard has a single PCIe slot and my BIOS is very basic and doesn't have that option. Here's a link to HP's page on my motherboard:

The monitor never presents a standard image. I've used DP and HDMI, but DP appears as the images I shared and HDMI shows nothing.

The only alternative I can think of at the moment is trying a different screen.

I've tested three screens and the same issue occurs with each of them. I'm running out of options and think I'll have to return it soon because it doesn't seem to work for me.
