I'm checking in about my earlier discussion on combining four 8GB RAM sticks to reach a total of 32GB. Could you share a link to the RAM you're using? If there are no links, please take photos of the sticker sides and send the corresponding URLs. If you're combining different RAM modules, it's likely not feasible.

So, those memory modules ARE on the motherboard QVL list and do show that they are validated for both two and four DIMM socket support on that board. Here is what I'd recommend.
Pull the CPU and make absolutely certain that there are no deviant or bent pins at all. You may need a magnifying glass or high powered reading glasses to identify any pins that are bent or damaged. If there are none, then I'd say the next step would be getting a decent power supply, which that is 100% not. I'd say you want something in the 550w range since there are very few if any good power supplies being offered in the sub-550w range anymore and those that are are generally niche form factors for small form factor and mini ITX builds or are simply much more expensive than what you can get a decent 550w unit for.
I'd try to stick to something that's listed at about a B tier or higher from what's listed at the following link. Do not make the mistake of picking a unit simply based on name brand or capacity (Watts) because neither of those is a good metric for determining whether a unit is decent, and neither is having any of the 80 Plus certifications. There are quite a few 80 Plus gold units sold under well known name brands that are just plain not good.

Exciting update – I’ve successfully resolved the problem and now see 32GB in my operating system!
I thought I’d share the complete experience since it could be useful for others dealing with similar challenges. The outcome wasn’t what I had planned at first.

The Situation:
For several days I was dealing with the notorious 5-beep error and automatic shutdown whenever I attempted to install all four 8GB RAM sticks. Two modules worked perfectly (16GB), but adding the remaining two always caused failures.

The Solution:
Guided by advice from the community, I chose to clean the CPU and reapply thermal paste, knowing it was necessary because the memory controller is built-in there.

What I Did:
- Removed the cooler – it was covered in dust, and the fan blades were coated.
- Carefully extracted the CPU and placed it in an anti-static bag.
- Thoroughly cleaned the CPU – old paste was dry and stuck. I used cotton swabs first to remove excess, then isopropyl alcohol for a deeper clean, paying attention to the underside contacts.
- Checked the socket – fortunately, no pins were bent. I gave it a light blow with compressed air.
- Reassembled everything with a tiny bit of leftover thermal paste.

The Testing Phase:
I booted with just one module at a time to test:
- First module → 5 beeps, then shutdown (in two slots).
- Second module → single beep!
It successfully POSTed! The BIOS displayed 24GB (previously 8GB + 16GB).
After launching the OS, I confirmed 24GB running at 1600MHz – a major improvement.

The Final Result:
After installing the last module and turning on the system, it took about 5 seconds (usually just under a second) before the normal beep. I was confident it would fail, but instead it gave a single beep!
BIOS loaded… and there it was – 32GB recognized.

What I Learned:
Sometimes the problem lies not with the RAM itself, but with dust buildup, thermal paste residue, or even CPU contact issues. In my case, those factors were hindering the memory controller’s performance.

I don't personally notice any pins bent on the board, which is a positive outcome. However, it doesn't rule out a broader board issue. Just means there might be something else going on if you understand what I mean. So, my first suggestion to check these things turned out to be correct, and that's exactly what we aim for here. It's great that you managed to fix the problem, and in the future, if you encounter any issues, I'd like to see you return here just to confirm your concerns. I really hope you don't do that.
