I purchased T-force RGB Delta 2x8 RAM. It’s labeled for 3200mhz but appears to run at around 2400mhz. The clock count is even lower, about 2000mhz when idle. I’ve attempted to overclock it, but the system still shows blue screen errors even at 2933mhz.

What type of motherboard? Generally, enabling XMP will configure the speed, timing, and voltage automatically.
