I got a PC this holiday and it’s having display issues. Inside, there’s a debug LED on the DRAM. I’m wondering if some components aren’t compatible with the motherboard. The specs are ASUS GTX 1660 TI, RYZEN 5 5500, and Concoir Vengeance LX RAM. Need help.

Review PCPartPicker or test for faulty RAM, since I need more details before giving further guidance.

Hi there! Here are the available slots for your RAM:
Are you looking at a preassembled unit or did someone customize it for you?

The device sits in the second and fourth positions. A relative gave it to me.

Sure, just remove a single RAM stick and see if the computer starts up.

I’m not sure about the BIOS version for your motherboard, but it’s possible the 5500 model requires an update before installation.

Unfortunately, the attached files could be damaged, making them unreadable. Would you like me to clarify the issue via text?
