They assured you it should function properly and advised bringing the RAM along. What concerns you is the possibility of it being an M-series model.

I just arrived home, updated my BIOS to the latest release, adjusted my RAM to the docp spec, and now everything runs smoothly at 3200Mhz! Appreciate the help!

It's 2024 and my profile is up to date, yet I keep running into the same problem with b450f.
