I own this old office computer that I bought for around 250 dollars. It worked well for gaming and storing videos like movies and anime. Recently, it crashed, but I managed to fix it. Now I’m trying to replace the RAM to get it running again, but I’m worried it might happen often—once a month or more—and every time I need to reinsert it. I’m looking for a lasting fix instead. Thanks!

This happens due to dirt buildup in the RAM slot, which is typical in older computers. To fix it permanently, use a contact cleaner and spray it onto the slot and RAM.
