I recently switched to Windows 11 and faced some issues. My computer won't shut down correctly. Pressing the start menu and then shutdown leads it into a restart loop, and even after multiple attempts it keeps coming back on. After disabling fast startup, the problem disappears but I notice my boot time is now longer than usual. Is there a solution to resolve these issues?

I like it when it runs smoothly so my computer boots up quicker. Can you find a solution to the issue where it shuts down unexpectedly?
