when you enter battle net, your game should download and update automatically. after launching, if it doesn't start properly and stays stuck in the launcher without progressing, there might be an issue with the download or installation. check your internet connection and try restarting the game. if the problem persists, contact support for assistance.

Attempt to launch the game, enter the 'playing' state in Task Manager, terminate the game process directly, not the launcher. After the play button resumes, test if the application functions correctly.

that's what i do, but battle net doesn't display the play button after that action, instead it just keeps showing "playing."
