I reinstalled my Windows 11 and encountered VGA Light Code plus a black screen. My system runs the newest BIOS. Should I consider going back since this issue only appeared recently? I also have another update about random crashes. After reinstalling and updating the BIOS, I’m now stuck in this situation. My PC has a Ryzen 9 7950X, Asus ROG Crosshair X670E, Hero RAM, Zotac RTX 3090 Ti, and Thermaltake case. The problem seems resolved after downgrading to an older BIOS version.
