Hi everyone, I encountered an issue with my PC: it would crash and restart while playing games. After checking the logs, I saw a message "Kernel Problm ID:41 Category 63." I attempted to resolve it but didn’t find a fix. Eventually, I replaced my PSU—switching from a DeepCool DQ850-M-V2L to a Corsair RM750x Shift. The problem disappeared for a few months, but then it returned. It’s odd that the same issue appeared with two different PSUs. My current specs are: Ryzen 5800X, Nvidia 3070 (Gigabyte), 16GB RAM, Lexar Ares ASUS ROG Strix B550-A.

The problem wasn't related to the PSU at all—it was about the CPU's internal power. Did you interact with the BIOS settings? Make sure the chipset drivers are updated, and reinstalling Windows might resolve the issue.
