Hey there; I recently upgraded to the 4070 Super with the Ryzen 5 5600x. I've been experiencing some PC issues lately, and performance seems much slower compared to when I had my 3060 in this setup. After trying a Windows reset (not a full reinstall from USB), things haven't improved much. It might be a CPU bottleneck, but I'm not sure. Delta Force is dropping below 100 FPS, Battlefield 2042 keeps forcing my CPU to max usage, and games like Battlefield 4 are running poorly. My FPS isn't where it should be. Any suggestions or fixes you could suggest?

The previous version of your PC might not have used its full CPU capacity, possibly due to an upgrade limiting performance. Could you share the remaining specifications?

It seems more severe than before? If that's the case, performing a full Windows reinstall might actually cause more harm than benefit.

I could perform a complete reset and check the outcome—just note that I’m not working with a 1440p display.
