Hello everyone,
This is my first time joining this forum. I’ve dealt with many problems before and have relied on the community for solutions.
Thank you in advance!

I’ve been dealing with a strange issue for months now, and I’m still unable to locate a solution. I’m hoping someone here can assist me.
The computer randomly flickers, glitches, and produces static or white noise on the screen at unpredictable times. The frequency varies, and the video samples are available here.

It seems unrelated to the display itself—my system works fine with another machine and even in BIOS mode. Windows occasionally shows BSODs and internal power failure alerts recently. I don’t have system dumps since the last crash, as I performed a disk cleanup.

PC Specifications:
- Windows 10 22H2, Build 19045.3208
- AMD R5 2400G
- Gigabyte AB350M-HD3 Mobo
- 16 GB DDR4 Vengeance RAM @2900 MHz OCed (also tested without XMP or 2400 MHz)
- No dedicated GPU
- Running on Samsung 980 NVMe 500GB
- Two mechanical drives (1TB+2TB) connected via SATA
- Power supply: Gigabyte 450W unit; previously used CoolerMaster Elite V3 500W, but issues persist with both.
- Display: Acer EB321HQU
- Drivers: Reinstalled multiple times; Adrenaline 23.7.1 is currently running. All drivers are up to date and latest Windows updates applied.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you again!

I own a 5600G in my garage setup, and it’s facing the same problem. Occasionally, without much warning, it flickers and then displays only white noise or snow on the screen. I suspect this might be an AMD APU driver issue, though the most recent drivers and the previous three versions haven’t fixed it for me. I have to turn it off and restart to clear it, but every restart works fine—though it could take a while before it happens again, maybe hours or even days later.

My system has a Seasonic 550w motherboard, so it’s unlikely the power supply is the cause. On another machine running Windows 10 22H2, I’m planning to install a fresh Windows 11, which might resolve the issue. If it works, I’ll let you know. This machine also uses a Gigabyte motherboard, which makes it possible the problem could be connected there.

Sorry, I don't have the ability to test the CPU and RAM with another motherboard or check a different GPU. I also think the AMD iGPU might be failing or not working properly. It's been five years since I've used it, so it's likely outdated. However, because you're using a newer Ryzen, I'm concerned about the CPU. I hope someone here can help me find a solution.

I really believe the issue isn't due to the "CPU" or even the iGPU directly. The problem seems to lie entirely with firmware or drivers. It might also be a Windows-related concern, which is why I'm planning to switch to Windows 11 because it has a different driver than version 10.
