I made an error in my bios settings and attempted to reset the CMOS battery, but that didn’t help. I left it out for about 5 to 6 minutes. The only change I made was adjusting my RAM speed from “auto” to 3600mhz. Now when I try to start my PC, nothing happens. All the lights come on and the fans spin, but my keyboard, mouse, and microphone don’t activate, and there’s no display.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
To reset the CMOS, disconnect from the wall and show the display, then remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard for at least 30 minutes. Press and hold the power button to drain any remaining power. Swap the battery and check if you can enter BIOS.
Your motherboard features a function called Crash Free BIOS 3;

This video will walk you through the steps.
You have a 32gb DDR4 RAM (Kingston, probably),
and you should bring in photos of the RAM stick labels to let us know what you have.
Also, please mention your PSU model and its age.
