CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.40 GHz
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 590 GAMING 8GB Graphics Card

I’m experiencing issues while playing DayZ. Right now I’m facing severe freezes (whole PC), a blue screen of death, or the game closing unexpectedly. I’m unsure if the problem lies with my RAM or GPU, or if the game is installed on my D drive instead of an SSD.
As you can see, the GPU utility fluctuates between 0% and 60% to 100%, and similarly with RAM usage.
I just want to be able to play smoothly without crashes or freezes.

How is its age? Original to build, new, refurbished, used?
Are there any error codes in the Reliability History/Monitor or Event Viewer before or during the freezes and closures?
Disk drive(s): Make, model, capacity, how full?
Additionally, your CPU supports RAM up to 2933, but operating it at 3200 could lead to instability as well.
You might want to check whether the problem lies with the CPU or GPU by adjusting the resolution and graphics settings to low, then restarting the game. If GPU usage drops and crashes persist, it’s likely a CPU or memory issue. It could also be due to unstable voltage or incorrect XMP profiles. Try running the RAM at 2133mhz without XMP, or use Ryzen Master to control current and voltage, checking for power supply issues. Another option is to run Cinebench and perform a stress test on the CPU.

I’m really confused about these numbers. Any further assistance would be helpful in understanding the issues.
Also I haven't updated my BIOS since I bought this pre-built in 2019, so I'm wondering if that might lead to issues?

Hello, I’m facing the same issue again. There were random restarts, a BOSD error, and my system started after I reinstalled Windows. After that, I kept restarting multiple times—about 6 to 7 attempts—to finally get Windows back. This happened last week. Now the PC restarts around 10 times a day at random times, whether I’m playing games, browsing the web, or watching YouTube. The same pattern keeps repeating.
My history is as follows:
Now I’m reinstalling Windows again, but this time the PC restarts several times during installation. No drivers are failing, and there are no other software issues I’m aware of.
I tried reinstalling without turning it off and on repeatedly for about six attempts. Eventually, I managed to install Windows Barebone, but only the chipset GPU and the latest network driver worked—no apps or games.
I ran a RAM test with MemTest86, which passed successfully with no errors after four runs.
The CPU was checked with CineBench and Intel BurnTest in a loop; everything ran fine (CPU temp reached 72°C, but boost stayed up, no downclocking).
The GPU was tested with FurMark and Unigine; temperatures stayed between 60-70°C, with a hotspot reaching 80°C once, but everything functioned.
The M.2 drive was scanned and tested via Command Prompt; no issues detected.
After these tests and the fresh install, I’m starting to understand where these random restarts are coming from. There are no crash dumps or minidumps, just frequent on/off cycles without any BSOD.
It seems the graphics card might not be performing well. Please verify the power connectors to ensure they are firmly connected, but you would benefit from a clearer understanding of its specific behavior. The suggestions I gave earlier could still be helpful.
