Issue with PC failure to start even after hardware changes.
Until now my PC was working well. Then I upgraded my GPU to a 4070 instead of a 2070 Super. But when I tried to restart, nothing appeared from my tower. Now I own a new motherboard, a fresh power supply, a new CPU, and my upgraded GPU. Still, I’m unable to get my PC to boot. This is the first time I’ve faced such a problem, and I’m really confused about what to do next.
Before discarding your RTX 2070 Super, did you use DDU to eliminate all GPU drivers and then upgrade to your RTX4070? Regarding your PSU, what is its age? Concerning the new motherboard, which model did you previously have?
