I believe I’ve attempted all possible solutions to restore my computer, and I really need assistance from more experienced individuals.
My machine stopped responding without any prior notice, so I began troubleshooting while simultaneously installing new parts.
None of the fixes have succeeded – it powers on, but the MB, GPU, and LED lights activate briefly (about 40 seconds), then it restarts again.
I’ve swapped out the motherboard (first suspect), upgraded the PSU from 650W to 750W, changed the CPU from Ryzen 7 1800X to a 3700X, replaced the RTX 3700 with an RTX Titan, rearranged the RAM, re-seated all connectors, and cleared the CMOS (adjusted PINs and removed the battery). Yet nothing has changed.
After weeks of effort, I’m running out of options and would deeply appreciate any guidance you can offer.
Perhaps I overlooked something obvious, especially since after reinstalling the CPU and GPU I returned to my original motherboard and still faced the same issue.
Here’s how my system is configured:
Motherboard: ASRock X370 Killer SLI (tried a different model but switched back – identical behavior)
PSU: Corsair CX750
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU: Nvidia RTX Titan

CPU Cooler: CyberPower PC-branded liquid cooler (resembles a Corsair H60)

the CX line has generally been known for its frequent failures and inconsistent performance in delivering stable power.
unless this represents a fresh update by Corsair featuring superior materials and better design, it seems unlikely to maintain consistent reliability.

Oh no... I assumed it would be a nice improvement from my 650, which had some issues before.
I haven't checked the performance of the 750 yet, maybe I should.
I'm wondering if I might have missed something simple or made a connection wrong.

Thank you. The system is still brand new, so I wasn't expecting paste yet just to verify functionality.
I'll recheck for bent pins—after inspecting the CPU socket and capturing a photo for closer examination—I didn't notice any bent pins.
Could this be related to the cooler? I received a standard cooler with the new CPU, and swapping it out is one of the few steps I haven't attempted (I was concerned about the noise it might produce).

Ensure your MB is properly seated on the back of the case with correct standoffs in place and no contact with any circuits.

In case of no other options, consider taking out the motherboard, unplugging all external devices and drives. Place the board on a piece of cardboard, leaving the RAM and GPU powered along with the power supply connected. Turn on the system and observe if it boots and remains stable without needing a restart.

there's a chance the system is just detecting extreme temperatures and failing to reach POST status.
you need to actually finish the build before determining what may be causing any possible fault.
