Hi!
Just installed a new game and it ran smoothly until it crashed my PC during a cutscene. I played for about five minutes. After updating GPU drivers, cleaning dust, and adjusting graphics settings, it worked again. But the same issue happened when the same part of the same cutscene appeared. I haven’t reached 75°C on the GPU or 55°C on the CPU. My specs indicate the PSU should handle the system, and I used the calculator at https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator to verify.
I’ve also scanned my system for malware, corrupt files, and outdated drivers. I’m unsure what’s causing the problem. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, I’d really appreciate it.
(Motherboard shows no warning lights except occasional flashes when turning on, which is normal?)
Specs:
GeForce RTX 3060ti
Intel Core i5-10400 2.9GHz
Seasonic FOCUS GX 650w
MSI MAG B560 Tomahawk wifi
8x2Gb 3600MHz DDR4
NZXT Kraken X63 (AIO Cooler)

Check the Reliability History/Monitor for any error codes, alerts, or informational events recorded just before or during the crashes.
Other tools exist that function similarly, but Reliability History/Monitor is more intuitive and straightforward to use.
If an issue occurs, a click will provide further information, though it may or may not be useful.

If I encountered an issue only after installing new software, my initial assumption would be that it is connected to the software.

I checked the Event Viewer and found Event IDs 41, 6008, 10010, and now 10000. It looks like others have experienced similar problems. Deleting GameBarPresenceWriter didn’t fix things—it actually caused a new issue with Event ID 10000. This seems connected to the same problem. It does feel unusual.

I see. It's an Assassins' Creed game bought from steam. I have tried to verify game files and uninstalling and installing again but the problem persists.
