Hello everyone!
I’m experiencing some issues with my PC. I recently purchased a new RAM kit consisting of four 16GB modules (F4-3200C16D-32GIS) and everything seemed normal throughout the day. However, upon starting up the next morning, I noticed certain problems. My Steam application wouldn’t open and kept displaying errors. Other applications would suddenly close unexpectedly.

After a restart, the PC displayed a blue screen and restarted itself on its own. The screen resolution was 1280x760, and I have a Samsung Odyssey G5 34" monitor. There were several options available for adjustments, but nothing resolved the issue. I then restarted the PC again, and it worked for a short time. Event Viewer reported a critical error: "Power Kernel 41."

I recall having similar power-related issues when using just one cable to power my graphics card. Switching to two separate cables resolved the problem. This led me to suspect that my Windows might be damaged due to the new RAM installation. I downloaded a clean Windows installation from the official site but used Rufus to create a bootable ISO. I removed the necessary trust settings, as Windows 11 requires it. Even after formatting the M.2 SSD, the installation still crashed when creating new files.

I’m unsure what to do next. My plan is to try a different ISO tool and possibly switch to another hard drive.

System specifications:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
- RAM: G.Skill Aegis DDR4-3200 CL16 32GB (2x16GB Dual-Kit, 64GB total)
- Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus X570 Elite
- GPU: Gigabyte 2080 Ti OC
- Drive: M.2 Samsung Evo 980 1TB
- Power Supply: Crosair HX1000i

Change your BIOS settings and allow it to re-acquire and adjust the new memory setup. Observe if this improves the situation.

So far hasn't helped. I looked at the memory on the official site to check compatibility with my motherboard and CPU, and they confirmed it. I swapped the memory, reset the BIOS again, installed a fresh Windows installation from USB, but the blue screen still appeared during setup.

Remove all memory modules except the one farthest from the CPU mount, then attempt to reinstall Windows.
