Hey everyone, I've been experiencing some serious packet loss lately, as shown in the screenshot you shared (https://prnt.sc/s5bv7u). Sometimes the last packet drops up to 50%, even though my modem is brand new. It was fine until a few weeks ago when it started happening regularly. My internet provider said there are some issues, but they didn't mention anything major about my loss. Could anyone help me reduce the packet loss and make gaming easier? Also, we're currently in quarantine due to Corona and can't switch providers. Thanks!

You've already shared the screenshot with your support team. It looks like the issue might be on their side or with their network providers, since you didn't experience any loss. Fingers crossed it gets resolved quickly!
