Hi, I have a Dell OptiPlex 740 Mini with an AMD Athlon X2 5000+ at 2600 MHz. I attempted to overclock using the AMD software, but it won’t open. Can you assist?

Are you referring to Ryzen Master? It doesn't work well with such outdated CPUs.

It won't run well on such an outdated CPU. You might have to boost its performance via the BIOS settings.
