The title mentions I can record gameplay in other titles, but Horizon: Zero Dawn is causing problems. It only recorded briefly after purchase and then stopped. Now it doesn’t work properly.

Typically a new DDU setup or reinstallation would suffice, or simply disable InGame and re-enable it.
