For a reason, the "0" key on my keyboard's numpad isn't functioning properly. It only works when logging into Windows from the lock screen. After logging in, it stops working. There are no macros installed on the keyboard. I bought a brand-new one and the same problem persists. I'm using a Razer Huntsman v2 keyboard.

I figured it out! Following your advice, safe mood work wasn't the issue—it must have been a program. I checked my programs for custom key bindings and found that the Nvidia GeForce Overlay was active with numpad 0 bound to record footage. After resetting all bindings, it worked! Thanks!
