I recently assembled my first PC and encountered some problems.
I verified the power supplies, ensured all connections were correct.
I replaced the GPU and RAM.
I noticed that certain fans didn’t spin on specific boots, and the GPU fan stopped completely. Also, after turning on the PC with the power button, both the power button and front panel ceased functioning.
Motherboard: Rog Strix B450-F Gaming
GPU: Gygabyte Radeon RX580 8gb
CPU: Athlon 200GE
RAM: Corsair 2x16 3200mhz
PSU: Corsair TX650W

Hello there! Are these components bought secondhand? The PSU appears to be from a previous model. The RAM is installed in slots A2 and B2.

Both power supplies are quite outdated. I've used them before in a prebuilt system, and they haven't been used recently. The RAM is located in slots A2 and B2.
