Hello. Your issue involves the NIC on your laptop. About a month ago, the device would disconnect from WiFi, fail to reconnect, and then all available networks vanished. After restarting, everything reappeared and normal connectivity resumed. The problem seems random, occurring frequently or intermittently. You attempted to use Driver Easy for an update but saw no improvement. It appears either your NIC is faulty or there’s a driver compatibility issue.

Which laptop are you operating? Is it equipped with a custom wireless manager, such as certain older Dell models that include a wireless NIC utility? Avoid using the built-in network tool unless necessary; consider removing the proprietary software (not just the drivers) to determine if it resolves connectivity issues.
