This behavior is common with AirLink on Meta Quest 1. It usually happens after a short play session due to network fluctuations. Upgrading your router might help, but it’s not always necessary unless you experience more issues.

It seems unusual. You haven’t heard much about that specific router, but you might try checking its settings or moving it closer for better performance. Is it using the 5GHz frequency?
